JK Police helps stranded passengers by arranging transport in Kangan

SRINAGAR, JAN 31 (PTK): In view of inclement weather in the state particularly snow fall in the valley, Jammu and Kashmir police has pressed into service its men provide assistance to the people, particularly the stranded passengers in the snow bound areas.

Police on Thursday said it evacuated stranded passengers to reaches Due to continue Snowing today afternoon many Passengers of Chattergul, Wangat,Baba-Nagri,etc of Kangan Tehsil were stranded in the main market Kangan.

However SDPO Kangan Sheikh Tahir Amin JKPS came to know about the stranded passengers he arranged a police vehicle for them, and the passengers were shifted from Kangan market and dropped at there destinations. (PTK)
