J&K Bank Extends Warm Wishes to Hajj Pilgrims, Offers Hassle-Free Banking Services
Bank’s top officials visit Hajj House Bemina, emphasize convenience and support for pilgrims
SRINAGAR : Jammu and Kashmir, Bank’s General Manager (Corporate Communication), Syed Shafat Hussain Rufai, and Divisional Head (Kashmir), Tabassum Nazir, visited Hajj House Bemina, where they wished the pilogrims and urge them to pray for the prosperity of Jammu and Kashmir.
“During their visit, the bank’s top management took the opportunity to convey their well-wishes to the pilgrims, urging them to pray for the prosperity and well-being of the country,” said an official as per Press Trust of Kashmir.
“The officials also highlighted the bank’s array of services, encouraging the pilgrims to utilize the bank’s Debit and Credit cards, as well as mPay, for seamless banking experiences during their stay in the holy cities of Mecca and Madina. They were accompanied by esteemed bank officials, including Cluster Head Asmat Ara, Branch Head IBD Abdul Majid Bazaz, and Branch Head JVC Rumana Chishti.”
“The pilgrims, grateful for the bank’s services, expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the bank’s management for facilitating the exchange of foreign currency at Hajj House Bemina and designated branches across Jammu and Kashmir, as well as Ladakh.”
Moreover, “while continuing their efforts to support the pilgrims, Syed Shafat Hussain Rufai and Tabassum Nazir also paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Officer of the J&K Hajj Committee, Dr. Shujaat A Qureshi, to apprise him of the bank’s facilities extended to the Hajj Pilgrims.”
Notably, “each pilgrim can easily avail up to ten thousand Saudi Riyals from any of these counters by simply submitting photocopies of their PAN Card and Passport. In addition, pilgrims can withdraw up to 1700 Saudi Riyals and make purchases of up to 4300 Saudi Riyals every day using J&K Bank’s Global Debit Card. Activating the card for international usage can be conveniently done through JK Bank mPay or by visiting the nearest branch.”
