Death toll rises 2197 with twenty five new deaths

Srinagar April 27 (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir today reported highest ever daily spike of 3164 fresh positive cases of COVID, and twenty five new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 166054.
These cases include 1030 from Jammu division and 2134 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.
The details mentioned that Kashmir valley reports ten new deaths, while Jammu division reports fifteen new deaths, taking the death toll to 2197 in Jammu and Kashmir.
Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 1144 cases were reported from Srinagar, 197 from Baramulla, 174 from Budgam, 70 from Pulwama, 97 from Kupwara, 143 from Anantnag, while Bandipora 123, Ganderbal 66, Kulgam 90, Shopian 30, Jammu 489, Udhampur 65, Rajouri 68, Doda 41, Kathua 100, Samba 98, Kishtwar 30, Poonch 39 Ramban 40 and Reasi 60.
Moreover, they said, 1457 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 656 from Jammu division and 801 from Kashmir division.
They further said, Out of Twenty Five, 07 died in GMC Jammu, 02 in SMVDNSH Katra, 01 in CD Hospital Jammu, 01 in GMC Rajouri, 02 Home (Brought Dead), 01 in Kidney and LMI Jhalandar, 01 in SJAS Nursing Home Surankote, 02 in SMHS, 03 in JLMN Srinagar, 04 in SKIMS and 01 in GMC Anantnag.— (PTK)
