IndvsPak: A wedding in Srinagar sees a TV enter the tent
The India and Pakistan clash and that too in a World Cup tournament take precedence over everything for cricket fans all over the world. The arch-rivals have faced each other six times in the mega ICC event and India has been the winner in all the six matches so far. However, Pakistan will be looking forward to getting one back as the two teams clash in Manchester in the ICC World Cup 2019.
The craziness for the game of cricket is amazingly high in both India and Pakistan and this match is being watched by over one billion people all over the globe. This craziness was seen in the Kashmir valley as well, as one Reddit user posted a picture of a wedding in Srinagar, where a TV is installed in the tents for the guests present in order to enjoy the match fully. The caption reads, “A wedding ceremony in Srinagar, Kashmir ensures TV enters the tent before the groom does.”
Rains in England have hampered many matches in this tournament so far and it even poured in Manchester on the eve of the match, but the gods smiled finally and the toss happened at the right time. Pakistan won the toss and chose to bowl first in order to take advantage of the overcast conditions. However, it was Indian openers who took the game by its horns and added 136 runs in just 24 overs.
