Illegal construction goes unchecked in Sindh forest range

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR OCT 17:- An illegal construction goes unchecked in Sindh forest range in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

Reliable sources told PTK that illegal construction is going on in compartment number 15 and 18 in Sindh forest range since days together.

They said that at present the construction is going on in Bakerwali basti Hayan and Kharlkhani Hayan in Kangan hamlet of the district.

As per locals, this issue was brought in notice of concerned authorities several times but to no avail

They requested concerned authorities to look into the matter at an earliest and take action against the erring officials.

Meanwhile concerned ranger Muneer Ahmad Rather while terming these reports baseless said that said no illegal construction is going on in the area.

He said that it is just matter of money between reports who fight with each other and dance when we give them Rs 200.

Some reporters are earning their livelihood by doing such things, otherwise there is no such thing on ground, he said a recording lying in possession of PTK.
