Says not allowed to move out her residence to take part in peaceful protest demanding bodies back of civilians killed in Hyderpora encounter

Srinagar, 18 Nov (PTK): The People’s democratic party (PDP) chief and former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti on thursday claimed that she had been put under house arrest again in Srinagar and not allowed to move out her residence to take peaceful protest demanding bodies of civilians killed in Hyderpora encounter.

According to Press trust of Kashmir (PTK) The PDP’s chief says that she was not being allowed to move outside her residence to take peaceful protest demanding bodies of civilians killed in Hyderpora encounter, police put a bunker outside our gate and Suhail bukhari, Saqib have been arrested by the police.

Meanwhile Mehbooba mufti also tweeted on its official twitter handle that “Again under house arrest & PDPs @SAAQQIIB & @Suhail_Bukhari too have been arrested. The pattern of using innocent civilians as human shields & then denying their families the right to a decent burial shows that GOI has plumbed new depths of inhumanity”. (PTK)
