Hyderpora Encounter: Slain Dr. Mudasir’s wife staged protest in Press Enclave Srinagar; passionately pleads for last glimpse of her husband

Family says Our son had no links with militants, he was innocent and killed in staged encounter, demands body back for proper burial

Srinagar, 17 Nov. (PTK):Family members of slain Dr Mudasir Gul, including his wife Humaira Gul and her daughter staged a protest at press colony Srinagar, saying their son was innocent not a militant and demanded return of Mudasir’s body for proper burial.

As per Press Trust of Kashmir (PTK) the distraughted wife of Dr Mudasir Gul Carrying 18 months old baby in her lap passionately pleads for a last glimpse of her husband, urged the Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to help them in getting the body of Mudasir gul back home for proper burial.

The family members of doctor Mudasir gul, who was killed in Hyderpora Gunfight on Sunday evening assembled at press enclave Srinagar on Wednesday , said that, “our son had no links with militants, he was innocent and killed in staged encounter”, while as police claimed that he was an OGW and they must come up with a full proof.

Family members said while talking with reporters in press enclave Srinagar that the slain doctor was an innocent civilian. But police claimed that he was an OGW and had provided his rented room to militants as a hideout, adding that Mudasir was involved in ferrying Haider from Jamalata area of Srinagar where policeman was injured in a grenade attack.

Notably, Mudasir Gul and three others, including house owner and two militants were killed during an encounter in Hyderpora, Srinagar on Sunday evening.(PTK)
