House owner injured in militants firing in Srinagar gunfight , succumbs to his injuries: IGP Kashmir

 

Says as per digital evidence he was working as militant associate

Srinagar, 15 Nov (PTK) : The house owner in which two militants were killed in hyderpora area of Srinagar city on monday evening, succumbs to his injuries, Inspector General of Police Vijay Kumar said that the house owner was injured in militant fire and as per digital evidence he was working as militant associate.

According to Press trust of Kashmir (PTK) Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir Vijay Kumar said through a tweet on official twitter handle “Kashmir zone police” that the house owner who was injured in militant fire, succumbed to his injuries. militants have been hiding on the top floor of his building. As per source and digital evidence, he (house owner) has been working as a militant associate. Search is still going on.

Earlier an official told Press Trust Of Kashmir (PTK) that two militants were killed in the ongoing hyderpora Srinagar gunfight, however, the identity of both the slain militants is yet to be ascertained and the operation is still in progress, he adds. (PTK)
