Grenade followed by firing on Naka party in Achabal, one CRPF man injured

Anantnag Dec, 20 (PTK) Suspected militants on Sunday evening lobbed a grenade followed by firing towards a Naka party of CRPF and police in main Achabal area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

A police official said that the militants lobbed grenade at Naka party of CRPF and CRPF followed by firing which was retaliated by forces as well

He said that a CRPF man of 96 battalion received injuries who is undergoing treatment.

He added that more reinforcement has been rushed to the spot and entire area has been cordoned off. (PTK)
