Government college of Physical education earmarked as administrative quarantine center in Ganderbal

GANDERBAL:(PTK)-In view of the outbreak of COVID-19 and preventive measures thereof, District Magistrate Ganderbal on Sunday earmaked government college for physical education Ganderbal as an administrative Quarantine centre.

The order reads,” it is hereby ordered as under:-

The principal Government college for physical education, Ganderbal and Tehsildar Ganderbal are nominated as nodal officers for the said purpose, who shall coordinate and make all the necessary arrangements for the inmates.

2. The Sr. Superintendent of police Ganderbal shall provide necessary security assistance what ever required at the designated quarantine center.

3. Chief Medical officer Ganderbal shall provide necessary health care facilities to be persons to be quarantined.

4. Executive officer Muncipal committe Ganderbal shall ensure necessary sanitation in and around quarantine center.

5. Executive Engineer PDD Ganderbal shall ensure Un-interrupted power supply besides, keeping a generator in a stand by mode.

6. Executive Engineer PHE Ganderbal shall ensure adequate supply of drinking water and keep water tanker services available if required.

7. Assistant director FCS&CA shall ensure assistance to the Nodal officers for smooth functioning of canteen in the quarantine centre.

8. The district programme officer ICDS Ganderbal Shall ensure deployment big at least two AWW at the Quarantine center for assistance of female inmates”.(PTK)
