Anantnag:(PTK)Foundation stone laying ceremony for 100 years old Masjid shareef Bitul Huda Khiram Dejgipora in Khiram area South Kashmirs Anantnag District was held today on 09th June in the morning at 9 am, in the presence of Imam Moulvi Nizamuddin,Moulana Ahmad Ullah Parray.

The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Naat and Qur’an by Moulvi Abdul Rashid Bhat following the welcome speech was addressed by Janab Mohd Sultan Lone Chairman of Masjid shareef Bitul Huda.In his speech he also advices Social Distancing has to be maintained, by following it,we will able to protect every one.

Residents of Khiram have expressed happiness for building a new mosque and demolished of old Masjid, saying they are hopeful that they will constructed new masjid with modern style.

Present as a guest, Imam Moulvi Nizamuddin,of Khiram Dargah addressed the ceremony by enlightening the importance of Masjids in Islam.

The foundation was laid by Janab Ghulam Mohiuddin Akhoon of Khiram Mohalla Dejgipora with a contribution (Nazar-O-Niyaz) of Sixty Thousands , followed by Moulana Ahmad Ullah Parray and several dignitories took part in the further proceeding work and Social distance were maintained by taking part of Proceedings with a maintenance gap of 6 metres of distance.

On this occasion Chairman of Masjid shareef Bitul Huda Janab Mohammad Sultan Lone, Secretary Abdul Majeed Akhoon and members of Masjid Shareef Janab Nazir Ahmad Bhat, Janab Mohd Anwar Rather, Janab Bashir Ahmad Bhat,Janab Ghulam Hassan sahab, Janab Ghulam Rasool Bhat and Mohammad Abdullah Akhoon.

and hundreds of residents from Khiram witnessed the event.
