Fire incident in police station Awantipora

Pulwama September 23 (PTK) Fire broke out in one building at police station Awantipora, however there no was injury in the incident

An official said that on Wednesday morning at about 8:15 hours fire emerged in one of the barrack buildings in the premises of Police station Awantipora which was controlled immediately within 20 minutes by Police and Firemen.

He said thet the incident led to partial damage in the first floor and roof of the said barrack building.

He further added that no one was injured in the said incident and the cause of fire incident apparently seems to be electric shock.

Moreover Cognizance is taken by Police Station Awantipora.(PTK)
