SRINAGAR, An Encounter Broken out Between Security Forces and Terrorists in Chotigam area of South Kashmir’s Shopian District.

Official said that, the encounter broken out between security and terrorists in Chotigam area of Shopian District, operation is underway.

The encounter broken out late on night after security forces launched an anti-terror operation following information about the presence of terrorists in the area, they said.

“Encounter has started at Chotigam area of #Shopian district. Shopian Police, Army & CRPF are on the job. Further details shall follow” Kashmir Zone Police said in a post on X.
