Encounter breaks out in Anantnag

Srinagar, (PTK): An encounter broke out between security forces and militants in South Kashmir on Wednesday. The encounter was reported from Muniward-Harnag area of Anantnag district.

Two to three militants are believed to be trapped in a house as the exchange of fire continues.

The operation is being carried out by the police, Army and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). Mobile internet services have been suspended in the district. (PTK)
