Education dept to telecast lectures on DD kashmir for 9th to 12th student

School education department in Kashmir has decided to telecast lectures through DD Kashmir for classes 9th to 12th from Frist  June. 

An official said that school Education Department is going to telecast lectures through DDK Srinagar for classes 9th to 12th from June first for the students of J&K.

The subjects initially to be recorded are mathematics, zoology, botany, physics, chemistry, evs, education., pol. science, English, geography, history, economics at +2 level, he added

JKPCC General Secretary expresses serious concern over losses caused in Tral (Pulwama)

seeks compensation to affected Orchardists, farmers

Srinagar May 22, 2021. The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) General Secretary on Saturday expressed great anguish over the losses caused to crops, orchards in Tral area of Pulwama District.

In a statement JKPCC General Secretary Surinder Singh Channi has expressed great anguish over the losses caused to Orchards, Crops and other residential houses in Tral and adjoining areas in Puwama District due to heavy hail storm and urged the Govt to constitute a team of experts to assess the losses.

JKPCC General Secretary sought adequate compensation to affected people ensuring that they are able to restore the farming activities.

G.A. Mir demands probe into the death of 27 year old youth of Check e Wangund (Qazigund)

Srinagar May 22, 2021. The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Ghulam Ahmad Mir has expressed great anguish over the death of 27  year old boy, whose body was found in mysterious circumstances in Kewa village of Qazigund  in Anantnag District.

JKPCC President mourned the death of 27year old Huzaif Ahmad Khan 27 of Check e Wangund Qazigund and urged the police authorities to ascertain the cause behind the death of young boy to ensure that anyone found involved is identified and punished under law.

I have no words to express my grief over the death of young boy, JKPCC President added and conveyed deepest condolences to family of deceased Huzaif Ahmad Khan and expressed solidarity with them.
