Driver dies as oil tanker falls into deep gorge in Ramban

Press Trust Of Kashmir Srinagar Dec 27 :- A tanker driver from Pulwama died after his vehicle fell into deep gorge in Ramban on Tuesday.

An official said that an oil Tanker bearing Reg No. JK01AJ 9101 fell into deep gorge near Kalamorh Ramban area

He said that J&K Police, Civil QRT Ramban, SDRF and Army reached to the spot for rescue operation and later recovered body of driver.

The Driver has been identified as Sameer Ahmed Rather son of Gulam Mohd resident of Hariparigam Tral in Pulwama district.

Meanwhile police has taken cognizance of the issue.
