DC Shopian stresses for early switching over to e-Office system

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SHOPIAN, JULY 28: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Sachin Kumar Vaishya today convened a meeting of all Sectoral and District officers on the issue of early and expeditious shifting of official work on e-Office platform.

The officers were apprised about the benefits of the system and significance of the e-Office in providing better and quick decision making solutions.

          All the District/Sectoral officers of the departments were directed to switch over to e-Office mode of working immediately and ensure its implementation in letter and spirit.

          It was reiterated that any office, which is yet to initiate the implementation of e-Office, shall immediately contact the concerned for the purpose of scanning of files and its immediate hosting on e-Office platform so that electronic movement of office files are initiated between and within offices.
