DC Kupwara flags of fleet of 10 Garbage Hopper Vehicles

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR KUPWARA, JULY 20: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Khalid Jahangir today flagged off a fleet of 10 Garbage Hopper vehicles here at D.C Office Kupwara in presence of President Municipal Council Kupwara, Reyaz Ahmad Mir and Additional District Development Commissioner Kupwara, Altaf Ahmad Khan.

Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner said that the aim of providing these vehicles is to ensure proper segregation of the waste from door steps of the households for its proper disposal. He further said that this is a good step towards making Kupwara town more clean and garbage free.
