DC Kulgam reviews arrangements for Mega Aharbal festival
Festival to be held on 11th September
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR KULGAM, SEPTEMBER 05: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today convened a meeting of Officers at mini-secretariat here to review arrangements for mega Aharbal festival scheduled to be held at Aharbal tourist destination on Sunday, 11th of September.
During the meeting, the DC reviewed arrangements for different activities including cultural programmes, installation of stalls and conduct of cultural programmes besides other activities.

The DC directed the line departments to set up stalls at the venue to display and promote the rich traditions, culture and crafts of the valley so that tourists become familiar with them.
He also directed them to ensure smooth conduct of the festival with all basic facilities available to the visitors.
