DC Kulgam reviews arrangements, activity schedule for month-long campaign against drug abuse
Impresses upon Officers to work in close coordination to make campaign effective
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR KULGAM, AUGUST 31: Work in synergy and coordination to make month long campaign against drug abuse effective, impressed Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat upon the officers during a meeting held today at mini-secretariat, here.
The meeting was conducted to review and finalize arrangements and activities scheduled to be held across the district throughout the month.
During the meeting, the DC instructed the concerned departments to carry out massive campaigns against drug abuse across the district.
He also directed for full involvement of PRI members, civil society members and Youth clubs in this campaign and in the war against drugs for making the campaign effective.

He maintained that the menace of drugs needs to be dealt with very severely at each level and every stakeholder has to play a proactive role for elimination of this menace.
The meeting was attended by ADC, JD-Planning, ACR, ACD, CEO, DSWO, DYS&SO, DySP Tehsildar Hq, EOs and Representatives from Colleges besides other officers.
