DC Kulgam inspects several offices in the district
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR KULGAM, AUGUST 30: To check the punctuality of employees in different government offices, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today conducted a surprise inspection of various offices in the district.
On the occasion, the DC inspected CMO, ACD Labour, Social Welfare, Horticulture, Agriculture and various other offices.
Dr Bilal said that the inspections are being carried out to ensure that employees are present in offices during duty hours.
He said that all district officers have been directed to ensure their employees are accessible to the public to ensure smooth delivery of services in offices.
The DC impressed upon all District Officers and HOIs to ensure 100 percent attendance at all offices and directed all employees to attend their duties regularly in letter and spirit.

He warned that strict action shall be taken as per the law against employees for their unauthorized absence from duties.
The DC also observed that cleanliness is not up to the mark in offices. He instructed that proper sanitation and cleanliness shall be maintained in and outside premises of all Government offices.
