Covid-19:- 14 more tests positive, toll reaches to 139 in J&K
SRINAGAR 08 APRIL (PTK) The number of covid-19 positive cases for Covid-19 continues to show surge in J&K as 14 more cases have been tested positive for deadly pandemic virus taking toll of total number of positive cases in the UT to 139
Spokesperson of J&K UT Rohit Kansal saud that out of new 14 cases, 11 are from Kashmir division while as 3 are from Jammu division.
The persons who have been tested positive today in Kashmir valley are from North kashmir and Srinagar, officials said, adding that few have travel history of outside India while as others have contact history of already positive patients.
With new 11 cases Kashmir division has crossed a tally of 100 positive cases and toll has reached to 109 including three deaths and three recoveries, official said adding that total number of positive cases in Jammu division has reached to 30 including three recoveries.
“14 news cases today, 11 in Kashmir, 3 in Jammu. 139 cases in all now. 130 active cases, 27 in Jammu division, 103 in Kashmir. Good news too: 2 patients discharges from SKIMS (hospital),” tweeted J&K Govt spokesman Rohit Kansal
