Constable shot at in Pulwama succumbs

Press Trust of Kashmir | Srrinagar :   A police constable who was shot at and injured in Gudoora area of Pulwama on Friday morning has succumbed to his injuries, officials said.

Suspected militants on Friday morning fired upon a constable namely Riyaz Ahmad Thoker son of Ali Mohammad Thoker from Gudoora.

He said that in the incident he received injuries and was rushed to district hospital Pulwama for treatment where from he was shifted to 92 base hospital Srinagar.

He has succumbed to his injuries at 92 base hospital Srinagar, he said.:-PTK.
