BSF Special Director Y B Khurania Reviews Security in Jammu Frontier

Border Security Force (BSF) Special Director Y B Khurania began a two-day visit to the Jammu frontier to assess the security situation amid heightened concerns about cross-border infiltration along the International Border (IB).

Khurania was welcomed by BSF Inspector General D K Boora and other senior officers upon his arrival. Boora provided a comprehensive presentation, detailing the critical aspects of border security and the measures in place to maintain dominance along the IB in Jammu.

During his visit, Khurania chaired a security review meeting with senior officers, including the Inspector General of BSF Jammu, the Inspector General of BSF Kashmir, and other key officials of the Jammu frontier. The discussions focused on evaluating the current security landscape and strategizing on countermeasures against potential threats.

Khurania also took the opportunity to interact with the BSF jawans, commending them for their unwavering dedication and professionalism in executing their duties.
