Press Trust of Kashmir | Poonch : An elderly woman was injured in an attack by a bear at Baila Mandi in Poonch district on Thursday.

An official said that a woman identified as Sakina Bibi (80) wife of Fata Mohammad of Baila was injured by bear.

She was brought to Sub district hospital Mandi from where she was shifted to District Hospital Poonch, they said.

Locals have requested wildlife department to capture the animal at an earliest.(PTK).
