BDC khag Budgam shot dead by gunmen at his residence

Budgam September 23 (PTK) A political activist shot dead by unknown gunmen in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on late Wednesday.

Sources said BDC Khag Budg late this evening was fired upon by unknown at his residence at Dalwach area of Budgam and injured him critically.

However, he was rushed to the nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.

He has been Identified as Bhupinder Singh was block development chairperson of block Khag in Budgam district.

A police officer while confirming his killing said that whole area has been cornoded to nab the attackers.(PTK)
