At least 20 injured in Shopian clashes

SRINAGAR, (PTK): At least twenty youth were injured during clashes with the government forces in Kundalan village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Tuesday.

Reports said that youth took to streets and hurled rocks at the forces deployed in the village following a gunfight. The forces responded by firing live ammunition, pellets and tear gas to chase away the protesters.
