Ashok Koul condemns miltiant attack on Krishna Dhaba’s owner

Srinagar Feb 17 (PTK): J&K BJP General Secretary (Organisation), Ashok Koul on Wednesday condemned the attack on Krishna Dhaba’s owner in Sonwar area of Srinagar leaving him critically injured.

The civilian identified as Aakash Mehra, son of Ramesh Kumar Mehra  after militants fired toward him indiscriminately and he is being treated at hospital.

Koul said such acts are barbaric and highly condemnable. These things would not be tolerated anymore,” he said.

“It was the historic day and these attacks are aimed to disturb the peace in the region,” he said.

Koul termed the incident as unfortunate and urged police to investigate the case and nab the culprits behind the attack.

“We stand by the family at this difficult situation. Those who are responsible would not achieve anything,” he said.

As per Koul, people have shown their full support on European Delegation visit on Wednesday.Even tricolor was hoisted at dozens of places in Kashmir.

“It was the clear message to those, who opposed  and were trying to disturb the peace in the region,” he said. (PTK)
