All essential and non essential shops and establishments to remain open in Ramban from 10 am to 5 pm

SRINAGAR  JUNE(PTK) Deputy Magistrate Ramban on Friday ordered that all the essential and non essential shops and establishments within Ramban district will remain open from 10 am -5 pm till further orders except for the areas which are declared as red zones for which market opening management will be done on day to day basis.

“In supersession to all previous orders on the subject cited above issued vide No. DMR/943-52 dated 6-5-2020, DMR/953-61 dated 8-5-2020, DMR/977-85 dated 12-5-2020 and DMR/1030-37 dated 16-5-2020. , Nazim Zai Khan, District Magistrate Ramban, in exercise of the powers vested in me under Section 2 of Epidemic Diseases Act. 1897, Section 34 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 144 Cr. PC do hereby order that all the essential and non essential shops and establishments within Ramban District will remain open between 10 am – 5 pm till further orders except for the areas which are declared as containment / red zones for which the market opening management will be done on day to day basis, till such time the areas are removed from the containment / red zones category as per the SOP, reads the order issued by Nazim Zia Khan, District Magistrate Ramban, a copy of which lies with PTK

“Senior Superintendent of Police Ramban shall ensure that the Order is implemented in letter and spirit, order further reads, adding “Any violation of this order shall invite action under relevant sections of Indian Penal Code,”.(PTK)
