After admin agrees to their demand, transporters defer strike in Sopore
Press Trust of Kashmir Srinagar Nov 22:- Transporters in Sopore town of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district have resumed their services after six days after administration agreed to redress their demand.
After earlier order was revoked and a committee was set up to identify proper mechanism for smooth functioning of transport in the town, the transporters deferred strike and are now plying normally from the general bus stand Sopore.
Transporters said that they have been assured that within 4-5 days, their issues will be solved and if administration failed they will again go for strike.
