ADDC sensitises Yatra Magistrates, Nodal officers about their responsibilities
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR KISHTWAR, JULY 20: Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kishtwar Sham Lal today chaired a meeting of Yatra Magistrates and designated Nodal officers and Accounts Personnel deployed for Shree Machail Mata Yatra here at the conference hall of DC Office complex.
The meeting was attended by Accounts officer, DC Office, Imran Ahmed Kichloo; In-Charge Machail Mata Yatra Cell, Lovemeet Kotwal besides Accounts Personnel .
The Duty Magistrates and designated Nodal officers attended the meeting through virtual mode.
The ADDC briefed the Yatra Magistrates and Designated Nodal officers about their role and responsibilities besides instructed them to work with full zeal and dedication for smooth and hassle free conduct of Yatra which is commencing from 25th July 2022.

Meanwhile, the Accounts Officer also briefed the account Personnel deployed for Yatra about their roles and responsibilities.
He threw a detailed light on the various aspects of maintaining store stock records and bookkeeping, counting of cash/kind, deposit receipt, per day record with maintenance of the register at the Shri Machail Mata Shrine.
The participants were also informed that they would be provided a format for maintaining the day to day record, which they would submit to the office of Deputy Commissioner on a daily basis.
The participants were asked to maintain a three level check to ensure transparent and fair management and maintenance of account books.
