Terror Attack in Ganderbal Leaves 7 Dead, 5 Injured; Search Operation Underway
Ganderbal, Kashmir – A tragic terror attack in the Gagangeer area of Ganderbal district, Central Kashmir, claimed the lives of seven people and left five others injured. The attack, which took place late Sunday night, has shaken the region as authorities launch an extensive search operation to track down the perpetrators.
Among the deceased are individuals from different parts of India, including Punjab, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, and Jammu. The names of the victims have been released as:
1. Gurmeet Singh, Rigger, from Gurdaspur, Punjab
2. Dr. Shahnawaz from Nayidgam, Budgam
3. Mohammad Haneef from Bihar
4. Anil Kumar Shukla, Mechanical Manager, from Madhya Pradesh
5. Faheem Nasir, Safety Manager, from Bihar
6. Kaleem from Bihar
7. Shashi Abrol, Designer, from Jammu
The five injured, currently receiving treatment at SKIMS Soura, include:
1. Inder Yadav, 35, from Bihar
2. Mohan Lal, 45, from Kathua
3. Mushtaq Ahmad Lone, 25, from Preng, Kangan
4. Ishfaq Ahmad Bhat, 30, from Safapora
5. Jagtar Singh from Kathua
