Govt appoints inquiry officer to conduct enquiry of the then CEO Doda

SRINAGAR (PTK):- J&K Government on Friday appointed an inquiry officer to conduct an enquiry against the then CEO Doda.

“Sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Mr. Dhirender Sharma, JKAS Joint Director, Education Udhampur/Reasi as Inquiry Officer and Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Personnel Officer in the office of Director School Education Jammu as Presenting Officer to conduct Regular Departmental Enquiry against Sh. Mohd. Ayaz Mughal, the then CEO Doda.” Reads the order issued by secretary education.

“The inquiry Officer shall submit his report within a period of ten days alongwith specific recommendations from the issuance of this Order.” Order reads (PTK)
