Weather likely to remain wet in J&K from 12-13 January

Srinagar January, 9 (PTK) The meteorological department has said that there are chances from light to moderate rain/ snow in J&K from 12-13 January.

An official of the department said that their is possibility of light to moderate snowfall (rain in plains of Jammu) at many places of J&K during next 24 hours.

From January 10-11th, the MeT official said, weather is livelily to be “generally cloudy”.

From January 12-13, he said, there is possibility of widespread moderate snowfall (rain in plains of Jammu) with “heavy snowfall” over higher reaches (more than 75% chances)
He said that the weather system is “very likely” to affect air transportation during 12-13th (60-70% chance).
