SIA attaches Jamaat property in South Kashmir

Srinagar January, 7 (PTK) State Investigation Agency (SIA) team today attached Jamaat-e-Islami property at different locations in South Kashmir.

An official said that SIA has attached Jamaat-e-Islami property in Sirhama, Viddy Srigufwara, Arwani in Anantnag and in main town Kulgam.

He said that in Sirhama Anantnag a double-storied old house, along with 7 Marla of land at village Sirhama which was purchased by Jamaat-e-Islami was attached.

Similarly in Arwani, 56 kanal agriculture land was attached while as in Viddy Srigufwara 02 kanal 7 marla land has been attached, he said.

In Kulgam main town, at one spot 3 kanal 4 marla land and other spot 1.5 marla land was attached as well, he said.

He said that the property has been seized in connection with an investigation by SIA
