24RR Army Ganderbal organised Festival at Sainik School Manasbal
Press Trust Of Kashmir Srinagar Dec 02:- 24 RR on Friday organised a festival at Sainik School Manasbal in which dozens of students participated.
An official said that to improve people-to-people connections, 24 RR under the aegis 3 Sector organized literature festival in which students of 26 Army Good will Schools participated with zeal and enthusiasm.
Literature, art and culture are important part of Kashmir. From ancient times, it has been a beautiful place where people have done creative cultural work, he said.
For some years, it got derailed but the time has come that we should have a holistic approach with Literature and culture as an important aspect of it to connect people, he added.
The idea behind holding the festival is aimed to change the optics of the narrative that is predominant in Kashmir, he said.
He added that the participants, predominantly students and poets, talked about literature and highlight many aspects of the art and culture of Kashmir.
