Inter School Girls Sports Championship, Prize Distribution in Ganderbal
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR SRINAGAR NOV 25:- An inter school girls sports championship and prize distribution was held in Kangan
An official said that with an aim to further the connect between the security forces and the locals, Wussan Battalion organised Inter School Girls Sports Championship at Kangan.
He said School girls from Harganiwan, Thuine, Margund and Kangan participated in this championship

He said games like badminton, cricket, 200m relay race , shotput, discus throw and Javelin throw were organised for only girls.
He said that the 3 Day event ended with prize distribution ceremony held at Army Goodwill School, Margund.
Prizes for winners and runners-up team and individuals were given by Principal Degree College, Kangan and 2IC Manoj K of 34 Assam Rifles.
He added that the event was praised by the participating schools and efforts of 34 Assam Rifles was acknowledged by the locals
