Rajouri: DC asks for effective, prompt disposal of public grievances reported on LG Portal
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR RAJOURI, NOVEMBER 19: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today asked the concerned officers to ensure effective and prompt disposal of public grievances reported on LG Portal.
He was chairing a meeting to review the action taken by the concerned departments on the grievances reported on the LG Portal by the general public.
During the meeting, the DC reviewed Department-wise disposal of grievances and obtained to-date status wherein the concerned officers briefed about the same.

The DC asked them to take appropriate measures to ensure time bound, effective and quality redressal of the public issues reported on the LG Portal to mitigate their sufferings.
Stressing upon the officers to be proactive and responsive towards the public grievances, he asked them to look into the issues reported by the general public on priority and co-ordinate citizen-friendly solutions at their own level.
