Bhaderwah: Horticulture department hosts farmers’ awareness camp at Pyt Nalthi
PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR BHADERWAH, AUGUST 01:- An awareness camp was held at Panchayat Nalthi of Bhadarwah zone in which a large number of farmers and orchardists participated.
The program was presided over by Chief Horticulture officer Doda Rakesh Kotwal.
HDO Bhaderwah gave a detailed account of different horticulture schemes and laid special emphasis on the modified high density plantation scheme and KCC.

Sarpanch, Yasir Ahmed and other members projected local demands for which the CHO assured timely redressal.
As per the department a series of awareness camps are being held across the district to acquaint the farmers about latest practices in the Horticulture sector.
Chief Horticulture Officer Rakesh Kotwal gave detailed information to the orchardists about modified high density plantation schemes and also visited different orchards of Nalthi and guided orchardists regarding orchard management.
Sarpanch Yasir Ahmed presented the vote of thanks to the department and orchardists of the area.
