MGNREGA Employees Association calls on DDC Chairperson Udhampur

PRESS TRUST OF KASHMIR UDHAMPUR, JULY 23: A delegation of MGNREGA EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION Jammu, J&K UT led by District Vice President called on Chairperson District Development Council Udhampur, Lal Chand in his office chamber.

The delegation of MGNREGA Association led by Rajesh Khajuria put forth  various demands and grievances faced by MGNREGA Employees and requested to take the issues with the concerned authorities for early redressal.

Induction of MGNREGA supporting staff making amendment in subordinate service recruitment rules 2007 vide SRO-178 of 2007 dated: – 09-05-2007 as per the recommendation of Director Rural Development Department Jammu vide no. 19207 Dated:- 14-08-2018.Fixing of quota in all sanctioned posts under RDD for MGNREGA supporting staff, Salary hike and other related issues.

Chairperson District Development Council listened the delegation patiently and assured the delegation that their demands will be forwarded to the higher authorities at the earliest for consideration.
