Newly recruited militant from Bla injured, arrested in Handwara

Press Trust of Kashmir | Srinagar : A newly militant was arrested after he was injured in a shootout in Langate area of Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Friday

Militants on Friday afternoon attacked security forces party in Langate area of Handwara, however, in retaliation one militant received injuries who was later arrested.

He said that arrested militant has been Abrar, son of Gh Hassan Gojri of Azadgunj Baramulla.

He added that arrested militant was a stone pelter and had joined militant ranks recently.

He further added that search operation is underway in the area.:-PTK.
