SRINAGAR, NOV 13 ((PTK): Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat said people in Jammu and Kashmir are now saying they will “kill terrorists”, which is a “positive sign”, News website Groundreport.in reported.

 

Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat said at the Times Now summit, “The locals are giving information about terrorists. Now they are saying that they will kill terrorists, which is a very positive sign that is coming in. If there is a terrorist act. In your area, why don’t you kill him?”
