There is BJP-NC alliance in J&K:- Junaid Azim Mattu

Srinagar, Nov 16 (PTK): In Kargil Autonomous Hill Development Council (KAHDC) and Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) — there is a solid alliance between JKNC and BJP, said former NC Spokesman and former Mayor junaid Azim Mattu
