Scooty rider dies in Qazigund road mishap

Saringar October 04 (PTK) A Scooty rider died after being hit by a tractor in Vessu village of Qazigund in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday.

Officials said that the scooty rider was hit by a speedy tractor near Vessu on Jammu-Srinagar National highway, resulting in his on spot death.

He identified the deceased as Aadil Sultan Dar son of Mohammad Sultan Dar, a resident of Bangdar Anantnag.

“A case under relevant sections of law has been registered and further investigations taken up,” the official said.(PTK)
