Kulgam shuts on second day to mourn militant killings
SRINAGAR, (PTK): The Kulgam district of South Kashmir observed a complete shutdown on second consecutive day over the killing of three Jaish-e-Mohammad militants.
According to reports pouring in here from different parts of Kulgam , all shops and business establishments are closed while as traffic movement is off.
Reports of shutdown were received from Yaripora, Turigam, Redwani and many more areas of the district .
People were seen visiting the home of slain Jaish-e-Mohammad militant Rakeeb.
Pertinently, three Jaish-e-Mohammad militants were killed in a gunfight in Turigam village of the district. In this gunfight, a DSP of Jammu and Kashmir Police and a soldier were also killed.
