Police In Baramulla Conducts Bhung Destruction Drive at Check Jamal Mir Palhallan.

Baramulla, October 05(PTK): Continuing its sustained efforts against the cultivation of illicit crops and to curb the spread of narcotic substances, Police in Baramulla conducted a Bhung destruction drive today at village Check Jamal Mir.The drive was carried out in close coordination with local residents of the village. During the operation, wild Bhung spread over approximately 1.5 kanals of state land was destroyed on the spot.Police reiterated its commitment to combating the menace of drugs and urged the public to continue extending their cooperation in identifying and reporting illicit cultivation and activities related to narcotic substances.(PTK)
