Deputy CM Surinder Choudhary Inspects Development Works, Reviews Healthcare Facilities in Nowshera
Nowshera, May 29 (PTK): Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary on Thursday conducted an extensive tour of Nowshera and reviewed the progress of various developmental projects and healthcare facilities in the area.
During the visit, the Deputy Chief Minister met several delegations and individuals who highlighted public grievances, developmental requirements and local issues seeking government intervention.
He also visited the Sub-District Hospital Nowshera to assess healthcare infrastructure and patient care services being provided at the institution.
Interacting with patients, attendants and hospital staff, the Deputy Chief Minister sought feedback regarding the functioning of the hospital and the quality of healthcare services. He directed the concerned authorities to ensure better healthcare delivery, availability of essential facilities and timely treatment for patients.
Emphasising the government’s commitment towards public welfare, he said that strengthening healthcare services remains one of the top priorities of the administration.
Later, the Deputy Chief Minister inspected the Dak Bungalow Nowshera and reviewed the ongoing development and maintenance works being undertaken to improve public convenience and hospitality facilities.
He stressed the need for timely completion of all works while maintaining quality standards to enhance public utility and facilities for visitors.
“The government is committed to responsive governance and grassroots development. Meaningful public interactions help in understanding the aspirations of the people and ensure that governance remains people-centric and result-oriented,” the Deputy Chief Minister said.
