ADC Bhaderwah Extends Eid-ul-Adha Greetings; Administration Distributes Sweets Among Children

Bhaderwah, May 27 (PTK): Eid-ul-Adha was celebrated with religious fervour and enthusiasm in Bhaderwah, where a large gathering of devotees from the Muslim community offered special Eid prayers at the Eidgah on Tuesday morning.

The congregational prayers were led by the Imam of Jamia Masjid Bhaderwah and were attended by Sunil Kumar Bhutyal.

On the occasion, Sunil Kumar Bhutyal extended warm Eid-ul-Adha greetings to the people and conveyed his wishes for peace, brotherhood and communal harmony.

In his message, the ADC highlighted the significance of sacrifice, compassion and sharing happiness with the underprivileged. He urged people to celebrate the festival with religious zeal, unity, mutual respect and enthusiasm while praying for universal peace, prosperity and stability.

To mark the festive occasion, the district administration, along with police officials, distributed sweets and chocolates among children to spread joy and celebrate the spirit of Eid.

The programme was conducted in the presence of Vinod Sharma, Naveed Shoket Qazi, Harjeet Singh and Parampreet Singh.

The officers interacted with children and local residents, extended Eid greetings and emphasized the values of love, peace, communal harmony and brotherhood associated with the festival.

The celebrations concluded in a festive atmosphere, reflecting the spirit of unity and togetherness among the people of the region.(PTK)
