57 years old COVID19 patient from Poonch dies, toll reaches 89

SRINAGAR  JUNE(PTK) A person from Poonch district, who was tested positive for Corona virus recently, died during treatment in Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu.

The said man was undergoing treatment in Jammu GMC from last five days.

” The man was sent to GMC Jammu from an administrative quarantine in Samba.” said official sources.

Medical Superintendent of GMC Jammu, Dr. Dara Singh said that 57 years old man from Poonch was having diabeties as well as kidney problems.

” He was sent here from Samba and was treated but last night.” Superintendent said.

With his death, the death toll in Jammu and Kashmir has reached to 89 including 11 from Jammu and 78 from Kashmir
