2nd covid death in a day, 65 year old female from Kulgam dies at CD Hospital

SRINAGAR  MAY (PTK) Jammu and Kashmir union Territory on Monday witnessed second death due to covid-19 as a 65 year old female from Souch area of Kulgam has died at CD Hospital.

Nodal officer for covid-19 at GMC Srinagar said that a 65 year old female from Kulgam who was tested positive for covid-19 on Monday morning died due to cardiac arrest at CD Hospital.

He said that the patient was admitted in Surgical ICU in SMHS Hospital as a case of Sub dural haemorrhage (SDH) and was shifted to CD Hospital after her reports came positive today.

With her death the total number of death of covid-19 positive patients in jammu and Kashmir has reached to 15 including 13 from Kashmir and two from Jammu division.

On Monday morning a 75 year covid-19 positive patient from Hillar Kokernag area of Anantnag expired at CD Hospital Srinagar
